By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

Minerva Design and Media offers graphic design, print, website design and SEO services. All projects are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Quotes & Payment

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

A deposit of 50% is required to commence work, with the balance due upon project completion.
Additional costs arising from project changes or extra services will be billed separately.
Payments must be made within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All original designs created by Minerva Design and Media remain our property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, clients are granted a license to use the final design for its intended purpose.
Working files remain the property of Minerva Design and Media and will not be transferred without a parting fee.
We retain the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and branding materials in a timely manner.
Any delays in providing content may impact the project timeline.
Clients are responsible for proofreading and final approval before project completion. Any changes after approval may incur additional fees.

5. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revisions as outlined in the quote.
Additional revisions or significant changes beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately at an hourly rate.
Web projects are considered complete when the website goes live unless specific prior agreement. Any additions after the website goes live will be billed separately.

6. Third-Party Services & Hosting

Minerva Design and Media is not responsible for third-party services, including hosting, domain registration, or platform downtime.
SEO services do not guarantee specific ranking results, as search engine algorithms vary.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, the deposit may be refunded at our discretion.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, no refunds will be issued for work completed.
In the event of non-payment (overdue by 60 days), Minerva Design and Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.

8. Liability & Indemnification

Minerva Design and Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from their use of our designs, websites, or SEO services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

10. Amendments

Minerva Design and Media reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
